Sorry for the late post this week, I bought a tub of Nutella* so have been really busy exercising at home doing spoon to mouth lifts.
When faced with cutting out gluten, I have taken the attitude that I should focus on what I can eat rather than what I cannot eat. Ever the optimist, that means that I can indulge in Nutella as it is completely gluten free *
I don’t need to tell you that this is stuff bloody lush and I recall reading somewhere that Nutella has a lower GI than a carrot*.
If you don’t live alone like me and you are concerned that your jar will fall prey to contamination by someone’s toast crumbs, you can buy personalised jar and just hide it in the washing machine where no one will find it.
